Yes, you will receive a GUEST PASS to the "CABANA CLUB" that is a Private, Members Only Beach Club located just a 3 minute walk. The Cabana Club is located on the Atlantic Ocean with a beach, has a large heated pool, whirlpool, restaurant/Bar and Specialty Cafe.
Our vacation home is located at 12 7th Street in Key Colony Beach at Mile Marker 54 and on the north end of Marathon, FL

We were looking for a place in the keys to dock our boat while enjoying all the Keys has to offer. The casa was well appointed for anything you might need in the kitchen including crock pot and blender. We enjoyed eating out in the covered patio. The bedrooms were so nice and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We also took advantage of the free club that had pool and beach to enjoy, it also included a bar. The pool was so refreshing it was a great place to unwind after fishing all day. The location in Marathon is really ideal to see all the keys. We all had a really enjoyable vacation thanks John and Eileen. The pebble shower is so pretty in the master bedroom.

This house was wonderful. The location was perfect. The house was clean and very well maintained. The AC worked and very well! It has a washer and dryer which is great for a family. The dock was great and easy access to great fishing. It was a perfect vacation !!!

This is our second year in a row staying at Casa Mar Azul II. We love the location, dock, and the home is extremely well cared for. Walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. Admittingly we spent most of our time on the water so we appreciated the private dock, deep freeze, and cleaning station. John & Aileen are fantastic hosts with great communication skills. I highly recommend Casa Mar Azul ll, and we wouldn't hesitate staying ant any of their rentals. We will be returning for sure.

Beautifully renovated house on the canal in KCB. House is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. Enclosed lanai overlooking the canal. Also outdoor sitting area. Private dock for your boat. 5 minute walk to the cabana club. House is located across from the KCB golf course. Short walk to Sunset Beach to watch beautiful sunsets in the evening. Definitely recommend this rental.

Excellent! The property was well maintained and well furnished. Close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Very close access to Atlantic or Gulf oceans. Owners were very helpful and nice. Will stay again next year!
