The Pink Flamingo is a charming Florida bungalow, perfect for your beach getaway. Consider this your home-away-from-home, but with palm trees! This newly-renovated home comfortably fits up to 4 guests. Or come as a couple and invite some friends to visit once in a while! You'll have 2 beds and 2 full baths, a large, comfy living room with a workspace, a dining room and bar area for gatherings, and a fully-stocked kitchen with eat-in nook. You can also relax out on the screened-in back porch under the string lights.
This quiet neighborhood of locals is only 10 minutes from the beach and surrounded by all the shops and restaurants you need within a few minutes drive.

Fall in love with this 1932 bungalow. There is so much Florida sunlight filling the house at all hours of the day. And there's a nice view out front of the flowers and the big oak tree that's nearly 100 years old. And you can watch all the wild life running around (squirrels, birds, butterflies, and geckos). It's a great place to relax and have quick access to what you need and the beach!
Area Information
You will be nestled in a cute quiet neighborhood, within minutes of downtown Vero and all it's great restaurants and shops! A less than 10 minute drive to the beach!
Vero Beach has everything you need for your winter getaway. We're right in the middle of all the shops and chain restaurants you know, but there are plenty of local spots to explore!
I highly recommend Taco Dive (the best tacos on the East Coast), doing some yoga at Level Yoga and grabbing a smoothie next door at La Tabla. There are some fun beachfront restaurants like Waldo's and Mulligan's. Check out the Farmer's Markets on Saturdays. And Vero has some kind of celebration every month!

To book your stay: Email us and we will confirm dates. Once you are ready to book, payment of the deposit and 50% of the first month's rent will be due to secure your spot. If you are staying for less than a month, full payment will be due up front.
Refundable deposit:
For weekly stays, a $250 deposit is required.
For monthly stays, a $750 deposit is required.
Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
You will receive a full lease.
Payments can be made via Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal (Credit cards will require an extra fee)

About the owner: I grew up outside of Richmond, VA and then spent a decade working in NYC in the book publishing industry.
