This was our first seasonal rental experience and it exceeded our exceptions. The townhouse was exceptionally clean with a fresh coastal feel. It is located in an upscale, dog friendly neighbourhood and steps from a small grocery store. The beach access is conveniently just a block away. There is so much to do from this location. The historic Jungle Trail is a short drive away and the boutiques and restaurants on Ocean Blvd., are within walking distance. Marion (the owner) was attentive and a wonderful host. We look forward to visiting again!

This is a perfect little spot right practically on the beach. It has everything you need to have a great time away or even work remotely. There is so much within walking distance (grocery store, shopping, restaurants, wine bar, exercise studio) that is makes the experience of living away from home complete. The owners were very friendly and were very responsive to our questions and requests.

I would give 10 stars if I could! I have stayed in plenty of vacation rentals throughout the years with family and friends and this one beats them all by a landslide! I have wanted to travel to Vero Beach for quite some time now and I am so glad we did! The location is so close to the beach and quaint downtown area, which made our time here extremely convenient and enjoyable! The home was spotless upon our arrival and fully equipped with anything you could ever need to relax and recharge! We loved using the barbeque and chefs kitchen after walking along the beautiful beach and boardwalk.This home has so many thoughtful touches and Marion went above and beyond as a host. She truly made our stay so perfect that we did not want to leave! We cannot wait for our upcoming return visit!

The Living room, kitchen, dining area and half bath is on the 1st floor.
Master bedroom is a king size, 2nd bedroom is a queen size & pull out couch in living room is a queen size.
Yes, there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
We provide you with 4 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 6 beach towels & 2 boogie boards. We also provide all linens and bath towels, & the kitchen is fulling stocked.
Coffee makers (K-Cups & regular Mr Coffee) tea kettle, toaster, blender, & grill. In addition, there is a sink disposal, ice maker, & water dispenser.
