We have a house down the cape that we rent as well, and have repeat renters year after year. we try to update appliances and furniture to make it comfortable and nice for all. we just ask the renters to leave the house the same way.
Why this property? I maintain the yard down the cape and really did not want to rent Florida but the condo is empty most of the time. It is very clean and has everything there for you. I'm not retired yet and hope in the future I will be able to enjoy it later. I rent or try to rent Jan Feb and March this way it will help me pay the bills for Florida house.
