Victoria’s Place

Very quiet and spacious place , that is close to everything I promise everything. 5 minutes drive to airport,5 minutes drive to baseball stadium, 5 minutes to beach, you name it 5 minutes. I have everything you could think of to relax and enjoy vero beach with. Dead end road so no traffic and great neighbors that keep to themselves.out door grilling area and hang out. Plenty of parking. Wonderful kitchen to make anything. Gas stove. Gas instant hot water heater so you never run out of hot water. Awesome showers and great big Tv in the living room. It’s very clean. So please keep it that way. Would love to have you!!

Unique Benefits

This place is a unique place to me in my family. This would be one of my first properties that I completely renovated with my mother and my aunt when I was younger. We worked really hard on the details of this place. She battled stage four breast cancer for two years before she passed. My mother was a strong woman and we keep the property for her. Area Information

In the middle of 27th Ave and 12st and 16st. It’s probably 5 minutes drive from the airport and 7 minutes to the beaches and less to the river or 10-15 minutes to the airboat rides for big gators. 15 mins to fort pierce and 15 to Sebastian. Can’t beat it.
