Our two-bedroom, two-bath home with a large screened patio lies just a three-minute walk from an idyllic beach practically at your doorstep.. Private path to beach.
Tucked away among mature trees and lush foliage, the house was recently remodeled and is tastefully furnished. The kitchen with granite countertops is new as are the baths, one with a walk-in tiled shower and the other with a tub. All furnishings are top quality. You will also find beach chairs, towels, linens, a well-appointed kitchen, Samsung 50" Smart-TV allowing you to watch YouTube and listen to music, telephone (unlimited local and long-distance calls in the US and Canada), Wi-Fi, CD player, microwave, and everything else you need. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the master bath has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a sofa bed, a TV, and a full bathroom with a tub. The house comes with two parking places, one enclosed, one open.
Coralstone is a charming gated community and offers an exceptionally large heated swimming pool, two tennis courts, a spacious clubhouse with a gym, sauna, billiard table, piano, and a giant TV. Numerous golf courses, some world-famous, are within an easy drive. Orlando theme parks are less than two hours away. Vero Beach has become an elegant town and resort with numerous restaurants, shops, and galleries. The closest major airport is Melbourne (40 minutes). Orlando and Palm Beach are both 90 minutes away. The Vero Beach Regional Airport offers some non-stop flights to the Northeast.

Area Information
The house is located on the barrier island near CR510. Vero has developed nicely over the last 30 years. There is an elegant town center on both the beach and mainland sides, an art museum, and frequent cultural events, especially in season. McKee Botanical Garden features a diverse botanical collection. Numerous restaurants and shops have sprouted everywhere. Yet, Vero still retains its small-town charm and feels uncrowded. The community, Coralstone, is smaller than most. While owners do socialize in the Clubhouse, it also has a quiet side allowing for relaxation.

About the owner: This was my parents' house. I inherited it in 2004. I am now retired living in Texas and Berlin.
Why this property? My parents felt comfortable here. Relatively quiet, but not dead. Nearby beach (3 minutes) some stores and restaurants.

The location is amazing! We enjoyed our short walk to the beach and beautiful grounds and clubhouse. We enjoyed all the comforts of home and felt right at home in this beautiful condo! We definitely are looking to come back! The owners kept us informed and made it such an enjoyable stay. Thank you!
