Nice condo in the Royal Mansions Resort Condominium, which is for owner occupied or guests of the vacation rental units. The beach front condo is located near Port Canaveral cruise ship terminals, Cocoa Beach, Disney World, & Space Center, and it gives you a great isolated beach access point with less crowded attractions. The condo can accommodate maximum 4 persons with kitchen, free WIFI, and cable TV. Nice Community hot Spa and heated pool are a few steps from the unit for our guests to use.

The condo boasts beautiful ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, as well as through the sliding doors in the dining room; the kitchen has been recently upgraded to quartz countertops and make-over cabinetry, luxury vinyl flooring, as well as has all the pots/pans/tableware to enjoy home cooking. The bathroom has a new quartz countertop vanity and includes both a bathtub and a walk-in shower with brand new Moen faucets which can be run simultaneously. The living room sofa folds out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. The dining room has large sliding doors that open to a generously sized balcony that overlooks the beach.

As our guests, you can access to the spa, the heated pool, the community amenities like bathroom, BBQ equipment, beach shower, and the private beach access. You can walk along the beach to the Jetty Park's Fishing Pier, where you can watch the cruise ships, the boating traffic, especially the closest view of the space launches. You can also walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier where you can shop and eat. Just don't forget your flip flop so that you can be allowed to access to the pier.

This is the most economical way to stay in the ocean front place where you can access to all amenities of the luxury resort. You can enjoy the beautiful sandy beach with less crowded traffic and watch the space launches from anywhere.

The beach front condo is located near Port Canaveral cruise ship terminals, Cocoa Beach, Disney World, & Space Center. The condo is close to shopping, restaurants, and the famous Cocoa Beach Pier. It is located within an hour of central Florida's popular attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and Kennedy Space Center where you can watch a launch right from the beach!

Most people drive to the resort. The huge parking area is free to guests. There are many rental places, where you can rent bikes and beach equipment. You can use Uber or shuttles to go from the airports to the Cape Canaveral area.
