Welcome to " Emerald Escape @ , this 1 bedroom - 1.5 bath unit on the 9th floor of The Summit offers a King Bed in the master bedroom with attached bath & tv offers the perfect getaway. The living room offers a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space & twin over twin bunk beds in the hallway for our smallest guests. Treat yourself to ocean views and lazy afternoons by the pool when you stay at this beachfront condo. With relaxation around every corner, you'll be able to dive into vacation mode in no time!
Perched right on the beach, you'll be just steps from the sun-kissed shores of Panama City Beach and a leisurely walk or quick drive to dining options everyone will love. Within a couple of miles, you can find the Shoppes at Edgewater, ride a waterslide at Shipwreck Island Waterpark, or try one of the many food choices at Pier park while shopping and people watching.
Use the free WiFi to stream some music as you take in the ocean views from the private balcony, or whip up a dish in the fully equipped kitchen. With a shared pool to cool off in, this is a great spot for a family escape! Whether you're hanging out on the beach, exploring the local attractions, or working on your tan by the pool, this beachfront Florida home gives you easy access to it all!

THINGS TO NOTE:

Parking passes & wristbands must be purchased at the resort for $20.00.

We provide a STARTER PACK only of amenities, just to get you through the first night, NOT for your entire stay.

Rental Agreement MUST be completed & Copy of driver's license MUST be sent to secure reservation; we will not send check in info till both are sent to management.

RENTER MUST BE 25 @ & MUST be present during the entire stay, we also do NOT allow 3rd party bookings.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We DO NOT allow extra guests - including children under 2 years of age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps – NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

NO SMOKING - IF any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.

Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.

Check in time is 4 PM: we DO NOT allow early check in during prime season. Guests are NOT allowed on property until 4pm OR until they receive the door code from our office, whichever comes first.

Renter agrees to report issues with the unit to management within 2 hours of check in – regarding cleaning or issues & not wait to report during the review process, with exception to emergency maintenance calls.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

Please Note: Towels & Linens are provided for you and your guests, IF you stain or damage the linens or towels, you agree to pay for each piece stained to be replaced.

IF any of our house rules are violated, renter agrees to forfeit the security deposit.

This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if any evidence of a pet is found OR if we find an unauthorized pet in the property, we will evict you immediately without refund and/or charge a fine of $500.00.
