PARKING
at the premises is limited to two cars in the off peak season. During peak season complexes have the right to monitor parking and limit one vehicle to the garage.
For the Seychelles complex only one car unless otherwise noted on webpage
Parking passes are restricted to ONE (1) per unit during the following periods—
o Thursday, May 27, 2021 – Sunday, May 30, 2021
o Saturday, June 12, 2021 – Friday, July 30, 2021
o Thursday, September 2, 2021 – Sunday September 5, 2021
o Thursday, October 14, 2021 –Sunday, October 17, 2021 (This a tentative calendar date for
a beach event. Due to Covid-19 these dates may change.)
If additional parking is available during the above time periods, parking passes may be purchased through the Wyndham Rental Office . after approved by the HOA office.
If HOA states garage is full you can purchase a parking spot for the outside lot for $20.00 a night.
No boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs.
Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older unless they are a child of a registered guest.
