Third bedroom is equipped with queen size auto inflate air mattress. Master bedroom has King memory foam bed. 2nd bedroom has Queen memory foam bed.

Christine S.Perfect house for a quiet Florida getaway
This was a perfect ranch house that was just completely renovated throughout. The inside was impeccable and the house had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The house backed up to the canal which gave you that fabulous Florida feel and the canal fed into a much larger body of water just about 5 houses down the street. There is a small beach within a 2 mile drive with restaurants and nightlife right there. We did a lot of walking in the neighborhood and everything you could possibly want was within a 5 minute drive The owners were very accessible and responsive. Very friendly and super easy to deal with. I’m looking forward to renting from them again in the near future

Rick K.Beautiful new reno on the water
Erich was a great host and we’d happily book another of his properties in the future. The house is newly renovated, everything from floors to appliances was new and sparkling clean. It was beautifully decorated and fully equipped for a long stay (cooking/cleaning supplies) and we lacked nothing during our week long stay. The view of the canal in the backyard was lovely and our boys enjoyed looking for sea life on the little private dock. I would recommend caution for parents with young children as there is no fence barrier between the yard and the water. We set strict rules for our boys and had no issues. The neighbourhood was safe and clean. Being about 20 minutes from a couple small local beaches and 45 minutes to Clearwater beach, it made for a very nice stop on our Florida getaway.
