The living room has a flat screen smart TV, DVD player with a modern sound system. There is a small collection of books that you are welcome to read along with a small DVD movie collection which you are welcome to view. There is a screened in patio with a patio set. There is a garage.

Pricing includes electric, water, (of course within normal usage) lawn maintenance,and curbside garbage collection. The home offers Spectrum streaming services for your television viewing. There also is high speed internet.

There is one external security camera over the garage (outside).
