Please note, that due to Covid 19, the condo association and Pasco County have put a 30 day minimum on vacation rentals. We do not know when this will be lifted, but effective immediately, we have adjusted our settings to only allow 30 day minimum rentals. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
This 1350 sq ft furnished 6th floor condo is situated on the Gulf of Mexico. The Gulf is only 75 feet away. From your private shaded balcony you can watch the dolphins feed in the clear waters directly below you with an unobstructed gulf view. Watch schools of fish swim by and see the boats going out for the day. There are plenty of areas for your fishing pleasure. The 3 bedroom and 2 bath unit has been completely renovated. New kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, etc... Unit has its own washer and dryer. There is also expanded cable and wireless internet for you. There is a security gate for your peace of mind. Our Large Gulf side pool is heated to 85 degrees with ample lounge chairs for sunning and lots of tables, chairs and umbrellas to use for playing cards and socializing. There are 2 pro-tennis courts, a swing set for children and a long nature trail for taking walks and fishing as well as a private beach for Gulf swimming or just getting a tan. Stated Rates are for 6 person occupancy from April to December and 2 Person occupancy from January to March. Please send a request for a quote. Small Dogs are allowed on a case, by case basis. No other pets will be allowed.

Hudson Florida is conveniently located 35 miles from Tampa Airport. Hudson is located on the nature coast and is surrounded for miles by public parks and beaches. Hudson is located next to New Port Richie which has all the conveniences you may be looking for.
