Located off US-1 in beautiful Southern Vero Beach, the community of Grove Isle is a unique jewel. Featuring 9 acres of lakes, Grove Isle has a 46 acre nature preserve, as well as, a hiking trail that leads down to Indian River where you will find the community’s observation deck, boat ramp, kayaking launch, fishing pier and picnic area. The amenities are numerous, featuring 2 heated swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, a fitness center, billiards room, library and 2 club houses with locker rooms.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath Condo is fabulously furnished. It features high ceilings, ceiling fans, Italian floor tile & wood blinds. This spacious condo has a beautiful relaxing feeling throughout. Enjoy your morning coffee at the eat-in kitchen table or your afternoon tea in the Florida room while watching TV. The Florida room includes a small office-style alcove. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, a counter top convection oven and much more. The updated kitchen cabinets are accented by a earthy colored hand-laid tile counter top complimented by a beautiful deep composite granite sink. *Unique to this condo is a “Reverse Osmosis” water filtration system at the kitchen sink and the refrigerator eliminating the need to buy bottled water. As well, for your personal health and safety, the AC unit has been outfitted with a UV light (virus and bacteria killer) attachment which ensures exceptional air quality throughout every room.

*The community requires a rental agreement; as well as, an application for a security background check. The $100.00 Application fee to be paid by the owner.

*One small dog max 25 lbs is allowed. This condo is strictly non smoking.

Condo has a reverse osmosis water filtration system. It also features a UV light virus bacteria protector on the AC. The community itself is unlike any other in Vero Beach.

Area Information

Grove Isle sits right on the coast and Indian River. It is 10 minutes from Ft. Pierce. It also is a 8-10 minute drive to Vero Beach’s famous Miracle Mile area for grocery shopping, restaurants, and is an easy drive to Ocean Blvd, where you can enjoy the different beaches, all the great dining, boutiques and window shopping Vero Beach is known for.

Attractions Within Walking Distance

The community offers a walking trail where there are numerous birds and wildlife to see as well kayaking on Indian River.

Favorite Places To Eat

Local restaurants nearby the community that I personally love is Michael’s on 7th, Vincent’s Italian Restaurant for pizza and salads, First Watch for breakfast and lunch as well Fire & Wine and Bonefish for dinner. On the Island side Citrus Grill is a must try!

Inside Scoop

One of the best hair salons locals love, for both men and women, is 10 minutes away off Indian River Blvd called Calvetti. The salon sits on the inter-coastal where you can see dolphins, fish jumping and very often manatees while getting your hair done.

Please note that dates for check-in and check out is the 1st of the month and the last day of your departure month. A 180 day reservation requires no collection of a rooms tax by the state of Florida.

**To reserve the condo for any period, a one month non-refundable deposit is required to be paid by PayPal, Certified Check, or a Wire Transfer in order to reserve the dates desired.
The full rental balance will be due, plus the security deposit and any fees 60 days prior to check in. *All monies paid for a reservation booking are non-refundable. It is highly recommend that travelers insurance be secured.

*Please read this next section carefully. The community is a gated community with a guard 24/7. The community must approve all who wish to vacation for any period of time. A Rental agreement is needed to secure a gate pass entry, as well as, to perform a background check application. *Travel insurance is highly encouraged.

The security deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure should no issues be found.

About the owner: I have loved Vero Beach for over 40 years. I first discovered Vero Beach in the late 80’s and fell in love with it on the first day. I am originally from New Hampshire. I moved permanently to Vero Beach in 2019. I have traveled all over Florida, for business and pleasure, and for me, no other Florida city compares to Vero Beach’s cleanliness, the friendly people, the Vero Beach “breeze” and the ease of daily living. I am a writer of children’s books and 2 cookbooks. I dabble occasionally on a blog called “Positive Living” where I offer tips for nervous cooks, helpful hints for you in your kitchen and post simple to follow recipes. Being in Vero Beach is full filling to me and aids my inspiration to do more of what I love most; reading and writing about food, animal rescues and living each day to the fullest.

Why this property? Grove Isle is the best community I have ever been in. My husband and I live 5 minutes away. I wanted for a very long time to find the right condo near me for family and friends to stay and to host guests who are looking for a safe, beautiful place for the winter - or to stay in while looking for a new home.

My hope is that this condo that I love becomes a sanctuary for however long you wish to stay.

Lovely Furnished Rental

Grove Isle is a desirable community with 24 hour security. There are lots of activities in the community if you are interested in participating. There is a nice path to the Indian River, tennis courts and two pools to choose from. The condo is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The neighbors are quite friendly and the unit is very quiet. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. About a 15 minute drive to the beach. The owner is especially accommodating. We had a very enjoyable winter staying in the condo!
