About the owner: We are a couple in Colorado who traveled extensively, enjoyed the beaches of France, Spain, and the Greek Isles. We lived for a while on a sailboat, and enjoy the Colorado Mountains. Cammie has a MCSW from the University of Denver, Chuck an MS from University of Utah.
When we decided to find a vacation home in Florida we looked on both coasts. By sheer luck, we found Ocean Village. We hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we enjoy staying there. Cammie is a younger 83, a retired Couples and Family Therapist, and is still very active, Chuck is 87, worked for IBM for 34 years, now manages a large Art Studio and School in Boulder, Colorado, and now paints and sculpts with animals being his favorite subject.
Why this property? Closed gate community, all the amenities one could ask for, quiet, a beautiful beach, golf, tennis, a restaurant, surf fishing, etc. Close by Within 20 minutes drive, is the US Navy Seal Museum, Deep Sea fishing, scuba diving, a clothes optional beach, and almost anything else you could ask for.

A very comfortable condominium, the bed is a king and very comfortable, it's quiet also, the hot tub in the condo is really nice to use also as is the swimming pool and hot tub there which is a short walk.The kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes and pots and pans, coffee maker etc.If you don't want to cook it's an easy walk to the restaurant on site that has great specials and really good food and drinks.The lanai is nice to sit and watch the ducks, Anhinga birds, turtles, etc.It's a short walk to an expansive beech that's not to crowded and hardly any trash with nice sand and plenty of sea shells for Beachcombing.It's a nice community with great neighbors to boot!We'll definitely be staying here in the future, thanks!

I loved everything about this place. Located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida and not overcrowded at all. I really enjoyed being in a private gated community that is very well maintained and where I felt safe. The decor may be a little dated, but I’m not there to sit in the condo all day when there is so much to do outdoors. The rate in my opinion, makes this rental one of the best deals around. Chuck is a very gracious host and very accommodating, I can’t wait to return!

Stayed with my wife for two weeks in this place. Condo is very well maintained, little dated but very comfortable. Excellent resort with immaculate maintenance. Walk to beech and four community pools to dip. Chuck is a great host and responded back to my questions very quickly. Will come back again.

We really like this unit in this very active community. George and Cammie were easy to communicate with and answered questions we had. The bed was very comfortable, but the family room furniture was somewhat outdated. We are staying in the same community now and the accommodation is not near as nice or clean.
