About the Property
Beautifully appointed oceanfront condo 1,600 square feet with two bedrooms and a den, two full bathrooms, updated kitchen and living area with a walkout porch directly to the beach. Relaxing view of the ocean from living areas and master bedroom. There is a large dining area with seating for six in addition to a breakfast nook adjacent to the fully stocked kitchen. Linens are provided including beach towels. The master bedroom has a king size bed with wall mounted flat screen tv and access to the back porch. There is a large walk in closet and the master bath has a garden tub and separate walk in shower. The second bedroom is equipped with twin beds and a large closet. There is a queen size sofa bed in the den (along with linens) and flat screen tv. The living area is open and comfortable with a recliner, full size sofa, loveseat and chair which opens up to the porch with additional seating. The Ocean House cluster has its own private pool, storage and underground parking. The lobby and parking is secured. It is a quick walk to the main pool and recreation center as well as Tiki Bar, The Inn Restaurant, golf course, bocci ball and all the other amenities offered in the resort. Ocean House is considered the premier property of Ocean Village. The property is available during the month of January 2019. February and March are booked.
Ocean Village is an unique resort located on the Atlantic Ocean. Fort Pierce has one of states best farmers markets every Saturday. The area has many golf courses and restaurants to choose from. The Treasure Coast is known for excellent fishing and water sports. There is something for everyone to enjoy while on vacation.

About the owner: Born and raised in the Great Lake State (Michigan). Continue to live in the greater Ann Arbor area. Wonderful family includes my wife 4 children and 2 beautiful grandchildren. Recently retired after selling my logistics company. Fell in love with Ocean Village several years ago while golfing in the area. Our golf group continues our trip annually. Of course we base at OV. Wonderful place to relax and do little or participate in all the activities the area has to offer.
Why this property? Beautiful place to recharge your batteries. There are many activities for the entire family. The weather is awesome (tropical zone). Ocean Village is beautifully landscaped throughout. The natural habitat is awesome year round. Sea turtle nesting area at your doorstep. The ocean can be heard 24/7. The amenities are second to none along the Treasure Coast. Many top golf courses in the area. Hutchison Island is a gem.

Frequently Asked Questions
What floor is the unit on.
The unit is on the first floor which is actually floor 1.5 because of the underground parking garage. You use the elevator to reach the unit. The convenience my wife and I like is there are two entry/exit points. The units on the floors above have one.
How close to the ocean are you.
You are looking at it. The only thing separating you is a dune that is a shock absorber for inclimate weather. (Hurricanes)
