Laid back beach house on Hutchinson Island. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway then look no further. Hutchinson Island has a relaxed and sleepy vibe. There are no commercial business allowed on the Island. You are in walking distance to many of the islands privately owned restaurants along the deep water inlet. The house is conveniently located an hour north of Palm Beach, less than two hours from Walt Disney World and a little more than an hour South of Coco Beach. There are many beautiful state parks on the Island. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, single, ranch style house, on a cul de sac, with a fenced in back yard to keep the kids and pets safe. Bring your boat! There is room in the driveway for a boat and there is a public boat launch close by.

About the owner: We are the Phillips Family. We are from the Northeast and bought the house with the intention on eventually retiring there. We are a family of four with a dog and a cat. Several of our family members have relocated near Hutchinson Island and we have grown to love it here.
Why this property? We love Hutchinson Island. It is one of the last quiet areas on the east coast of Florida. If you are looking for a place to unplug and relax - you found it. The beaches are beautiful. The house is located in convenient walking distance to many of the islands restaurants and bars.
