We loved the place and had a very enjoyable stay for 6 weeks. The weather as usual was great. We have come to Largo every Spring for 15 years. The house was perfect for us and our dog. Couldn’t have asked for better. Well layed out with everything we needed. Dave was very friendly and easy to talk to. We have reserved it again for Next year for 5 weeks. Sandy Beaches

We stayed here last year and come back this year!!! We love this property!! The house is awesome new couch, new wagon! David is always spot on in getting anything fixed or ready!! We needed an extra high chair and play pen this year along with towels and rags which was gotten!! Heater on the pool was not working but fixed very quickly!!! David and Kathleen are fabulous hosts!!! We was supposed to stay 10 days ended up adding onto our stay!!! We will diff be back!!! Thank you David and Kathleen for taking care of you two years in a row!!!! Raenell the grandbabies had a blast!!! Making memories!!!! 2023 and 2022

Great Place to Stay

The house was clean and well maintained. Everything was in working order. Appliances were high quality. Pool was clean and well maintained as well as the yard. We came back from the beach one to find that the lawn had been mowed. David provides beach umbrella, chairs, beach wagon (but front wheel is bad), beach toy’s everything a family needs for a day at the beach. Neighborhood is quiet. Great location if you want to visit other area beaches as we did. We highly recommend this property. We would stay here again on our next vacation in this area. Denise A

Sandy’s beaches

We stayed in this home in September 2022 we had a blast!! My 2 year old grandson loved the pool!!! although the living room suit was worn out it has been changed to a new one!!! We have booked this gorgeous home for August 2023 for 11 nights we can not wait to go back!!! there was a couple issues and David was quick to get those fixed one was with the pool!!! the plus side of the pool is that it’s heated and screened in!!! we can not wait to come back in August!!!!! the garage is a plus not having to get into a hot car also!!! so so many perks!!!!!

Enjoyable Stay

Home adequately furnished, everything operational except dishwasher. Backyard/pool area very enjoyable, neighborhood quiet, and plenty of things to do in the area.
