Entering the home, you're greeted by a soft sitting area that overlooks the impeccably designed kitchen with a stunning porcelain waterfall countertop, stainless steel appliances, fully-stocked cabinets, and everything you need to make your perfect cup of coffee (K-Cups, ground coffee, tea, hot chocolate, flavored syrups, etc). With all these amenities, meal prep will feel like a breeze, and you'll love showing off your cooking skills to your loved ones. Next to the kitchen, you'll find the living room with a plush sofa and armchairs, perfect to watch your favorite show on the 60" Samsung TV. The entire space is illuminated by natural light, thanks to the large panoramic windows that offer a beautiful view of the huge fenced-in backyard. Just next to the living room, you'll find the dining room with a large table and seating to comfortably feed 6-8 people.
Sleep tight in one of the 3 unique bedrooms, each with a memory foam mattress, plush pillows, luxurious, hotel-quality bedding, and a ceiling fan to keep you at your ideal temperature.
Entertainment won't be lacking whether you're inside the home or outside in the backyard. With a 60" Samsung LED TV equipped with Roku in the living room, a 24" LED TV with Roku in the main bedroom, and a 1000mbps fiber line providing fast and reliable WifI throughout the home. If you're looking to disconnect from technology there are a few fun card and board games to enjoy with your fellow guests.
Outdoors, the home has a spacious beautiful backyard, which is perfect for relaxing or playing. Plenty of room to toss around a ball, play some yard jenga, cornhole or tell some epic tales while roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. As a dog-friendly property, it was only right we included a space just for your furry friends. Our exclusive pup-yard is the perfect place for your dogs to get some exercise or lay around while you lounge on the patio.
One unique feature of this home is the spacious hot tub. Here, you can unwind and recharge, while the warm jets of water melt away any stress or tension. Slip into one of the soft robes we provide and relax with a glass of wine by the fire pit or cozy up with book in the swing. Take in the view of the mature trees that surround the property and later in the evening gaze up at the stars that seem to shine brighter here.
