Terrific service, clean, family-friendly place

Located in Largo, FL, this place is well kept, clean and perfect for a family. The owners are responsive and helpful. The pool is beautiful and who can forget the large pink flamingo. Beaches are not far from the home and you get to stay in a quiet neighborhood. We loved it.

Great stay

Great house in a prime location. Close to all the main beach areas and all beach equipment supplied. The pool was nicely heated which was great we got to still enjoy a swim on the colder days. Would recommend !

Perfect Vacation Home!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The house is equipped with everything we needed, from cooking, relaxing and going to the beach. It is a great location for exploring the area and trying out several beaches. There are many great restaurants close by and the food was great everywhere we tried. The communication with the owner was very easy and he responded quickly every time I contacted him. This rental is very clean & well cared for. It has high quality, top of the line ammenities...(appliances, linens, kitchen supplies, beach supplies). We loved it so much we already reserved this rental for a month next year!

Family Thanksgiving

We couldn't find our code to get in house.We texted them and we had a very quick response and took care of that,The place was very clean and beds good.Weather was bad so not much pool time for grand kids,It was nice they pool.fooseball.and ping pong to keep them happy.Had a very good stay,Will look into next year there.

Really nice place!

Couldn't be better!!!

Everything was as perfect as it listed online. Dmitriy is the most thoughtful, gracious host. Kitchen is contains everything one needs with high quality equipment. The beds are comfortable, bathroom and pool are excellent. Location is incredible. We are a regular Airbnb travelers and would rate Spacious & Sunny Family Gem place as one of the nicest and best located of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarkets and to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful house!!!

Beautiful beach house with so many amenities

The true definition of a beach house! My family and I stayed in this beautiful home and enjoyed the peaceful ambience along with all the amenities and the entertainment that came along with the amazing stay. This home is less than a 10 minute drive from some of the best beaches in the area. Everything was very clean and well kept. We truly appreciate Dmitriy and his co-hosts for their attentiveness and quick response to any questions that we had. We will definitely be booking again!
