Arrivals are usually anticipated from 4pm except at 611-613 el Prado, 1922 Jefferson and 827 Briggs st which is 3pm

Please make prior arrangements if you need to stay longer by paying for an extra day and notify the owner

There will be a $25 key charge if the key is lost or not returned

Guests will be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury they may cause or incur at the premises we do not accept responsibility for your losses within premises

The cleaning fee is based on a number of occupants at the rental. It will be automatically added to your reservation at the time of payment.

Remote controls for Roku channels will be available and to turn off and on television and check input to be on HDMI and must be done by the finger because clients are deleting the roku programming.

Please use the dining table for your meals and do not eat in beds

Please turn on or off the bedroom nightstand lights using switch and not yank the cord out of the wall

Please lock deadbolt lock only, our happiness is your safety

If alarm system on 827 Briggs unit 2 sounds, please press bosa4444 on the keypad

please call 24 hours before checking in for code to open key box code for your unit

please turn off bedroom nightstand lights and don't pull the cord out of the wall

PLEASE, upon arrival to booked location, check to make sure place is clean to your satisfaction or if any appliances, wifi, etc not functioning, let us know immediately.

Please dont leave dirty dishes on sink, leave it in freezer or refrigerator

If you get locked out of apt, after 11pm you need to call local locksmith

If Tv isnt working please check inpiut to make sure its on HDMI1 or HDMI2 then press enter password

Use ROKU remote to find free channels not subscription channels

Garden Avew, El Prado and Briggs St Properties garbage can must be put on street on Monday and Thursday, Jefferson Str Hollywood in Alley every Sunday and Yuesday for Following day pickup. If unable please bring trash can to front of house

If we ap[prove you for booking you are automatically obligated to follow our rules. We cay cancel your booking if rules are not followed

Dont Throw away any spices or unopened packs of food they are complimentary for you or someone else. If it smells, wrap it and place in frigerator.

In each unit we expect you to respect the guests in the other units. please introduce yourself to other guests and report anything suspicious to me and i will handle accordingly

Refund policy is the same as booking provider policy

If you reorganize beds and furniture please put back in original position before leaving

Please do not disgard paper towels, diapers, or anything that will block toilet

Also dispose of these items in plastic bags, close door as soon as you enter or alarm will sound

Keep gate closed and wrap up chain around fence so it looks locked

Please dont remove these directions and house rules from premises
