We stayed in this wonderful property January 2022. The building and Condo are VERY CLEAN; operations seem organized and efficient. Many Canadians and the NICEST people EVER. GREAT gym, clean laundry area on the floor; you do need a Card, SIMPLE to use. I walked everyday and enjoyed the area. The owner of Condo had everything typed up; and we had NO PROBLEM knowing what to do and be comfortable. My 20 pound weight loss started here on the stairs, up to the 5th floor. Elevators on either end of floor; clean and run efficiently. Great closet to hang clothes and TV in Bedroom and Living room. We hope to return sometime. Well kept property and the Building is managed well. OUTLET Mall with walking distance, along with Whole Foods,Marshalls, Ross, Nordstrom Rack, TJ max, Red Robin, Starbucks, CVS all very close.

We had the pleasure of staying in Melanie’s condo for 30 days while we transitioned from out of state. The accommodations were beyond comfortable. A fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, a King bed, bathroom stocked with essentials and even pool towels were available. The host was very helpful in answering our requests and communicated throughout our stay to ensure we had what we needed.We will happily recommend Melanie’s place to anyone looking for a secure, perfectly located place to stay and will definitely book again for our family and friends.

Conveniently located, this condo is a 3 block walk to an outlet mall or take a short drive to lots of other shopping and restaurants. Also a 15 minute ride to the beach or Cityplace. The condo was super clean, has new appliances and is very nicely decorated. Comfortable for a couple or small family. Coffee each morning on the balcony or a beverage in the evening. There's also a warm pool on the property with a lake view. The owner Melanie, was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend and we hope to stay here again!
