It is convenient to the mainland and is the gateway to the Keys. Since purchasing this home the owners have worked tirelessly to make it attractive inside and out. They have achieved their goal and this home is a super getaway. Now they are ready to share it with you. This is a stilt home that “lives” on the 2nd floor. You’ll love the vaulted ceiling in the main living area and the updated kitchen with granite counters. The kitchen is completely modernized with all the conveniences to make you twice the cook in half the time – should you choose to cook while on vacation! Great restaurants are nearby for the nights you do not feel like cooking. There is a split bedroom plan with two bedrooms and bath on one side of the home and the owner’s suite with its own private bath on the other. The oversized screened balcony with all new outdoor furniture provides a great place to relax any time of day or night. The balcony overlooks the dock and the deep and wide canal. If you choose to bring your boat you can tie it up on the sea wall or use the davits. The canal provides a large turning basin for ease in maneuvering and is located minutes from Adams Cut which takes you directly to the ocean side of the island. The ground level is also screened and the ping pong table, pool table and hot tub offer a “play area” for all ages. There’s even a bar area to serve up beverages of all kinds.
