Welcome to the beach and all the amenities Ocean Village has to offer!

Start your day with a sunrise beach walk, a round of golf, tennis, pickleball or work out in the fitness center. Then enjoy one of the 4 pools available to you including the fabulous new main pool. Have lunch at the tiki bar before you head to the beach. Finish your day at the on-site oceanfront bar/grill. All this is available to you in this lushly landscaped, 24-hour guard-gated community. If you prefer to venture out, it's a 10-15 minute drive to other restaurants, shops, and marina.

Located in Golf Villas, this ground floor condo (no steps!) is a cozy retreat with a beachy vibe--a great place to relax after enjoying all the community has to offer. It's centrally located within Ocean Village making the beach and most amenities a 4-6 minute walk.

The KITCHEN has full sized appliances including microwave and dishwasher. It's well stocked with dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc. so you can eat in when you like. There is seating for 4 at the island.

Stacked washer/dryer unit is available in the condo for your use for small loads.

The LIVING AREA has a Smart TV and the sofa pulls out for additional (queen-size) sleeping space if needed. There are cards and games available for rainy days, and you can check out books and puzzles from the Ocean Village library.

The updated BATHROOM has a soothing coastal feel and includes a recently remodeled shower with wood plank look wall tiles and flat pebble tile floor. There is an extra vanity/sink located just outside the bathroom so you can both be getting ready at the same time.

The BEDROOM has a nautical vibe and features a KING-SIZE BED! Guests find the bed super comfy and it's even adjustable! There is another Smart TV and a small selection of books are available to read. There is a dresser and double closet so you will have plenty of space for your clothes and personal items. For privacy, the bedroom is walled off from the main living are (unlike many units in OV that are separated from the living area by glass doors). It's a true sanctuary to get rejuvenated at the end of your day.

The private, screened lanai has seating for 4 and guests are finding it to be another great place to lounge and enjoy a good book or cocktail (or both!)

We are very strict about keeping the unit smoke-free. No smoking or vaping inside the condo, lanai and walkways outside the unit. $500 fine for violation.

We welcome one well-behaved dog up to 30 pounds. Dog owner must keep dog leashed outside the condo, pick up all waste and be fully responsible for any damage caused by pet. A dog sofa cover is available upon request. $100 non-refundable pet deposit. No cats allowed due to owner’s allergies.

We fell in love with Ocean Village the first time we visited in 2024–the beautiful, less-crowded beach right on the Atlantic Ocean; the tennis, golf and all the other amazing amenities; the peace of mind offered by the gated entrance; the lush tropical landscaping and the welcoming spirit of the community. Area Information

Ocean Village has so much to offer! The amenities include Golf (9-hole/par 3), 10 Tennis courts (both Har-tru and hard courts), new Pickleball courts, 4 Pools including the new resort-style Main Pool and Tiki Bar, Clubhouse with Fitness Center, classes in the Community Center (offering yoga, exercise and other classes), on-premises Hutchinson Island Bar and Grille, Bocce, Shuffleboard, Library, Grills overlooking a small lake, and last but not least, an amazing stretch of beach with dazzling sunrises and breathtaking views at any time. There is a $10 charge for a tee-time from Dec-April (no charge the rest of the year) and a small fee for some classes, but that's it--you pay no additional resort fees for all these amenities! We provide 4 wristbands that must be worn to access all the amenities and anytime you are walking around the grounds.

If you want to venture out, there are restaurants, shops, groceries and a marina all within 10-20 minute drive. Check the information book inside the condo for dining and other suggestions.

Catch the water taxi (Tiki Taxi) next to Crabby's or Skipper's Cove for a $10 boat ride on the river!

If you don't like crowded beaches, come in the off season and you have the place almost to yourself, especially August - October. Busy season is January - April. In addition to the privacy, many local restaurants offer great deals during the slower times. Plus the rates are much lower!
