PGA Villa - Perfect for temporary home office

This recently remodeled groundfloor villa is nestled within the immaculate gated community of Castle Pines. Located a half mile from interstate I-95 inside PGA Village of Saint Lucie West with 3 public PGA golf courses and a Walmart Super Center just one mile from the gate. NY Mets spring training 1.9 miles. Entertainment and dining within 2 miles.
The villa is tile throughout, which makes it especially easy to clean. We focus on antibacterial cleaning in between guest to keep our guests healthy.

The space
This new ground floor villa is located in a gated community Castle Pines in Port St. Lucie, FL. Castle Pines is a 24/7 gated and guarded upscale residential community located inside PGA Village with a spectacular resort style walk-in pool and spa tub.
The unit has a private front door with front door parking.
This villa (1100 sq. ft.) is equipped with a private entrance, full kitchen, large master bedroom with two queen beds with all new bedding, walk-in closet, 1.5 baths, dining room, family room, new appliances, laminate and tile floor, new ceiling fans. Flat screen TVs, private laundry closet with washer and dryer, and tiled patio with new patio furniture.
The villa is perfect for a single or two some on a golf trip, or attending Mets games or for families enjoying a great Florida vacation.
Amenities include a separate laundry room with private washer and dryer located just outside the unit. Irons and ironing boards are also included. The property also has a superb swimming pool along with a Jacuzzi and a children's playground. The condo is located within 5 minutes of four championship golf courses. The New York Mets Spring Training Camp, which is located at Tradition Field in Port St Lucie, is just 2 miles away. Walt Disney World is just an hour and a half away by car.

Guest access
Guests will be registered at the front gate. The entrance door has a key pad. You will receive your code the day before arrival. High speed internet is always on at no charge. You will receive the username and password for the high speed internet with your welcome letter.

Other things to note
Castle Pines does NOT allow trucks, trailers, motorcycles and commercial vehicles.
Pets up to 30lbs are welcome to stay.
Pet fee of $ 15/day/pet is due on the check-in day. Damages and dirt caused by the pet will be charged additionally.
