This was a spacious home, however we were unable to use one of the bedrooms due to no electricity in that room. Also, we were unable to use one of the sinks which needed repair. The condition of the house was dirty. However, we did enjoy the pool and outside patio as well as the kitchen.

"I appreciate the review. Claiming the house was "dirty" is quite an exaggeration. Keeping the floor in a huge large open porch outdoors is a bit of a challenge. We pressure wash that area every two weeks but due to a very high pollen count it is a little difficult to keep up with it. We stress for whit glove service and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. It has been addressed and we will pressure wash again."

Yes there is a high chair, changing table, and portable pack and play. You use in the home or take with you o the beach or picnic. Pleaae clean it when you are ready to depart.
We have plenty of handicapped combinations. Although we do not call without cells completely accessible, we provide ramps to all of the entrance and exits, and we also have a shower bench. If you need a lift there's a local place where you can rent one. We also have a completely wheelchair accessible bathroom whether or no steps in or out. We do not specifically have a low counter to me that we do have a low table that is accessible. If there's any special needs that you would like us to arrange please ask and we will accommodate you
The driveway easily accommodates five cars maybe six with a squeeze plus there's plenty of parking in front of the property all free and accessible.
Yes we try to provide all the necessities of a normal home including all shower soaps and shampoo needs, as well as laundry detergent, basic hassle cleaners, a vacuum cleaner for touch-ups.
We are very centrally located, minutes from virtually anywhere, there are three grocery stores within a mile, not do some restaurants, just 15 minutes to the beach, movie theaters are just a few miles away. There's so much to do. Just Google the address and see what's close by. If you have children there's tons of things to do. Most people book on Airbnb and VRBO. If you call us directly here we can save you some money. We made super host within 3 months of opening our vacation rental to the public. We already have about 15 5 star review. And the first year for clients have already booked for the following year.
