The house was in a very convenient neighborhood and lots to do in the area. Inside of the house was very clean. The backyard is definitely the highlight of the house— the heated pool was awesome and the patio was cozy. The house is perfect for a smaller family:)

Loved our stay! Antoine was a great host and the home looked everything like the pictures! We spent our nights at the pool and days at the beach! Would highly rece staying here.

We communicated with Antoine with the issues she were unacceptable in the house such as the pool was green for 5 days and non swim able the lights in a number of rooms were not working the curtains in the one bedroom was coming from the wall the doors were broken off the jams in the master bedroom, there were numerous extensions cords connected to outlets and there was only one working smoking alarm connected, and.dirty curtains A worker was sent out and fixed some of these issues. The pool was still green for a number of days. Plus we were told we would receive a 5 day credit from another one of their Florida properties. Have not received that credit yet!!

Overall comfortable home to stay in. Only flaws was it could have been cleaned better, lots of pet hair around the home (along with pet smell) , the pool had alot of algae in the bottom especially the deep end, mold in the water spout on refrigerator. But the biggest issue was finding a dirty razor under my 2 y/o son bed !

We had a nice quick stay. The heated pool was great since it was a little too chilly to swim in the ocean. The house was just a short drive to the bea h and there were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Antoine’s place was amazing. He gave clear instructions on check in and check out. The house was so cute and very clean. The pool was so nice, especially with it being it heated and it being cold out. I look forward to booking here again!

We had a lovely stay at the villa. Initially, we had problems accessing the property, but Antoine straight away sorted the issue. The villa is spacious and in a quiet neighbourhood, close to all amenities. Great location for exploring the area, with lots of State Parks and wonderful walks close by. The garden area is very private and catches the sun all day. The villa itself is comfortable and clean. Thank you Antoine for being a great host and definitely somewhere we would highly recommend

Lovely place with a great heated pool, good central location with beaches and parks a reasonable distance, Antoine’s answered all queries effectively and when the AC broke on Saturday night which was totally unforeseen a brand new system was in place by Tuesday handled completely remote from the guest You cannot ask for better service reallyNick

Enjoyed our stay. Antoine was very responsive. My only concern was that ants were an issue in the kitchen. The microwave needs a new handle, apparently was broken previously. also, the ice tray was broken previously. We did report to the property manager which was very grateful that it was reported. Overall, I would stay here again if in the area for Clearwater. It was close and has a beautiful pool to relax by when you get back from the beach.

The Blue House was a great place to stay. It was cozy and clean, we felt right at home. We enjoyed the pool and our privacy fence. We loved how stores and restaurants were a short walk or car ride away. The beaches are 20-30mins away but great for a getaway morning/afternoon. We enjoyed taking our dog to Honeymoon Island, he fell in love with swimming and surfing in the ocean for the first time. Host was friendly, responsive, and easily reachable. Thanks for letting us stay here it was a great summer vacation.

Absolutely pleasant vacation stay with Antoine’s blue house. We enjoyed our stay , good neighborhood, friendly environment, easy to get almost everything which you may need during the stay. Will definitely come back again!
