There are convenient trash chute and coined laundry on the same floor. The condo closes to many Florida attractions and is a short distance to all other activities like tennis, golf, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boarding or deep-sea fishing expeditions. Due to the damage from storms Ian and Nicole, the beach access in the rear of the building has been blocked, and the pool is closed. However, you still can go to the public beaches nearby. There are construction activities related to the exterior renovation of the building during the working hours but those won't be any inconvenience to your stay in our beautiful unit.
