This 2 master bedroom, 2.5 bath, two-story condo offers lovely upgrades and amenities. Laundry is no problem with the in-unit washer & dryer.
The well-appointed kitchen includes a toaster, coffee maker, blender, mixer, and all other basic kitchenware.
Parking includes one dedicated spot with plenty of guest parking available.
In addition to the above, we have stocked it with beach towels and chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, a work desk, and an inflatable twin mattress for extra guests.
The condo offers a heated pool, clubhouse, outdoor shower, a large ocean sun deck, and private beach access.

About the owner: This is our family vacation condo and we want you to feel just as at home as we do. We live in Northern California with plans of retiring to Florida in several years. Im an Operations Manager at an insurance carrier and my husband is a Fire Captain. We have two very active kids and one large rabbit.
Why this property? I first visited this area on a business trip and feel in love with the beach culture. I brought my family back 6 months later and we bought this condo. We visit 1-2 times a year for several weeks and always wish we didn't have to leave.
