Satellite Beach is located on the barrier island across the causeway from Melbourne. Good restaurants, pretty parks, all you probably need is on the island. We love that it’s a laid back area and not touristy.

About the owner: We are a retired couple who met in college. Oklahoma is our lifelong home. When our two children were growing up, we would sometimes vacation on the gulf coast. While on a business trip, we fell in love with Satellite Beach and decided we would like to own a get away place on the Atlantic side. We love that it’s not congested with tourists and the locals are much like Oklahomans.
Why this property? This property appealed to us for a variety of reasons including:
•proximity to the ocean
•the common deck
•the ability to watch launches from Cape Canaveral from the deck
•ground floor unit
•the exterior door opens to the outside and not a hsllway
•only twenty four units
•easy access to Melbourne airport
