When you return home, you’ll enter to shiny terrazzo floors and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances. The open kitchen, dining area, and living room make an abundant entertaining space, with enough room to spread out and socialize. Every bedroom is upgraded with a smart flatscreen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.
 
The large Florida Room is a great place to unwind, overlooking the private canal with dock. Feel free to bring your own boat or rent a boat/jet-ski at nearby Marinas. Longboat Key is full of adventures, through countless sandbars and small islands to voyage, minutes away from Sarasota and Bradenton, with many waterside restaurants.
 
Bayfront Park is only a 5-minute walk away with amenities for all ages; playground, a basketball court, shuffleboard courts, tennis and pickle ball courts, picnic benches and a dog park.  Enjoy a long pathways for biking or walking with a beautiful views of Sarasota Bay.
 
Upscale shopping, gourmet restaurants, and nightlife are just a few minutes south at St. Armand’s Circle.  Or visit quintessential beach town, day or night at Bradenton Beach, for great food, casual dining and fun shops.
