The dining room boosts a huge picture window to bring all the beautiful waterfront vistas right to you. Three separate porches are scattered around the home for everyone to get some quiet time to themselves. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd story plus a private porch area to gaze out to the sunrises and moon rises.

The brand new beautiful free form pool is just waiting for you to have hours of fun in the sun. Heated AND chilled to be the perfect temperature year round. The ground floor has additional seating, a large outdoor shower and small sandy beach with hammock to enjoy the Keys balmy breezes with a cool cocktail and book.
