It is the first canal from open water and one of just a few flow-through canals providing excellent water quality. The canal is deep and wide. Expect to see lobsters, crabs and other sea life on your 60 ft. sea wall. You will be surrounded by million dollar homes and just a few minutes boat ride from open water in the Gulf and Atlantic.

Property is close enough to Key West (20 miles) but far enough away for R&R (rest and relaxation). Being on the end of the Key, prevents the irritating noise of Hwy 1 traffic, which is rare to find..

Notes:

Deposits and subsequent payments are accepted in the form of personal checks. 50% of remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The full balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that rates are subject to change without notice and that seasonal, holiday and special events may be higher.

Regarding cancellations: 60 days prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded in full, less a $75 administration fee – this fee will be retained. If the cancellation occurs within 59 days, any and all deposits and or rents will be forfeited.
