Located in the Seaside area, this newly renovated 800 sq. ft. condo was designed as an ADULT ONLY/NO ANIMALS-NO EXCEPTIONS personal vacation residence (couple's or ladies get-away) for 2 persons over the age of 25 only. MONTHLY RENTALS ARE NOT OFFERED. Rental includes beach setup with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella from March 1 - Oct 31, 2023. Not offered in off-season due to vendor not available. From April 2 - Aug 13 this condo rents Sunday to Sunday with a 6 night minimum.. Aug 14 - Oct 29 this condos can check in or out any day except Saturday.

We are south of the 30A bike path and gulf front. There is a pool and an elevator to complete the amenities package. Steps from Eastern Lake just east of the condo which is one of the rare coastal dune lakes found in Walton County and only 3 other places in the world. You can paddle board or kayak in the lake if the gulf is too rough. Flat boardwalk from the building to the beach makes it a very easy beach access. Seaside proper is located a short bike ride away as are many local favorite restaurants such as Cafe 30-A, The Perfect Pig, Steamboat Grill, Old Florida Fish House, Angelina's and many more wonderful places to keep your dining experience new every day. The condo comes with 1 parking space. There are some covered parking spaces available which like the open parking is on a first come basis.
