Located in the Seaside area, this newly renovated 800 sq. ft. condo was designed as an ADULT ONLY/NO ANIMALS-NO EXCEPTIONS personal vacation residence (couple's or ladies get-away) for 2 persons over the age of 25 only. MONTHLY RENTALS ARE NOT OFFERED. Rental includes beach setup with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella from March 1 - Oct 31, 2023. Not offered in off-season due to vendor not available. From April 2 - Aug 13 this condo rents Sunday to Sunday with a 6 night minimum.. Aug 14 - Oct 29 this condos can check in or out any day except Saturday.
Newly renovated June 2017 this condo was designed with the latest trends- featuring Whirlpool stainless appliances, sea glass counter tops, tiled shower and comfortable king bed to give you luxury living in a beach front rental. We are south of the 30A bike path and gulf front. There is a pool and an elevator to complete the amenities package. Steps from Eastern Lake just east of the condo which is one of the rare coastal dune lakes found in Walton County and only 3 other places in the world. You can paddle board or kayak in the lake if the gulf is too rough. Flat boardwalk from the building to the beach makes it a very easy beach access. Seaside proper is located a short bike ride away as are many local favorite restaurants such as Cafe 30-A, The Perfect Pig, Steamboat Grill, Old Florida Fish House, Angelina's and many more wonderful places to keep your dining experience new every day. The condo comes with 1 parking space. There are some covered parking spaces available which like the open parking is on a first come basis. This is a piece of paradise at the beach you won't want to miss! Leave all your cares behind and come to the beach! Life really is better at the beach and when its time to leave you will found yourself wishing for "Just One More Day".
This is a NO SMOKING complex. If you are a smoker, please choose a different property. HOA does not allow smoking in the unit, on balcony or any area on the property including the parking lot.

We accept personal check and chashier's checks only. 50% due at booking for 5 or more nights if more than 60 days out. Full amount due at booking if 4 or less nights or rental is less than 60 days out.
Owner's Cancellation Policy
No cancellations allowed.
Refunds will only be given for dates that the area of the condo is under a rental ban.
