The sub-division of Florida Pines is a brand new development located off Highway 27, just 3.5 miles from Interstate 4, and close to the shops and restaurants of US192. The community was built in 2000 by Colony Homes, and has a range of exclusive 3 & 4 Bedroom villas with private pools. If golf is your 'bag' then you will be spoiled for choice. There are at least 30 excellent courses within easy reach of Florida Pines, not least being Greg Norman's Champions Gate complex which is only minutes away on the I-4. All in all, Florida Pines offers a excellent base for your holiday in the sun. The location is quiet and safe, yet is less than 15 minutes from the main Disney Parks. What is your cancellation policy?
$200.00 (non refundable )down payment requested when reserve this home. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, you must submit written notice to The Florida Store Property Management. Cancellation within 8 weeks prior to your arrival will result in no refund, unless otherwise confirmed with The Florida Store Property Management. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
