→ The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at this property.

→ A $50 resort registration fee is required and must be completed online before your arrival. This fee includes one parking pass and wristbands for access to resort amenities. Additional parking passes for vehicles, motorcycles, trailers, or RVs can be purchased directly from the resort for an extra fee.

→ DAMAGE WAIVER: There is $1,500 of accidental damage coverage included per reservation provided by Safely Insurance!

→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Dolce Vita Getaways PCB furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.
