Blue Heron Hideaway is truly one-of-a-kind, lakefront property that provides a private oasis even in the height of tourist season and is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The property has breathtaking views of the lake. You'll enjoy your morning coffee as you relax and watch the sunrise.

Blue Heron Hideaway has approximately 3,000 sq ft of living space so there is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. There are 4 bedrooms in total with two masters. One master is downstairs where you will wake up with views to the Eastern Lake. The other master is upstairs with a small balcony where you can even get a glimpse of the Gulf. You can sit in the Florida Room and enjoy the view in air-conditioned comfort or you can take your conversations to either of the 2 screened porches. There are generally very nice breezes that make it exceedingly pleasant to sit on the porches. There are 3 living spaces with a Florida Room and a separate living room downstairs as well as a living area upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you'll need during your stay. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

A canoe, paddle boards, kayaks and body boards are all available onsite to enjoy the lake to the fullest. Deer Lake Park is very close for you to go and explore and there are many nature trails throughout the area. Bicycling is a favorite pastime of many as bike and walking paths provided up and down 30A.

The owners have paid for you to enjoy 2 rental beach chairs and an umbrella. Additional chairs can be purchased via the concierge service if you prefer full service. Alternatively, additional beach chairs are provided as well as a wagon for the short walk to the beach.

Blue Heron Hideaway is unique in that it is located on a dune lake. You can access the Gulf from the lake by canoeing, kayaking or paddle boarding rather than taking the short walk if you prefer.

Blue Heron Hideaway has 2 screened porches that enable you to enjoy your meals and conversations without the need to worry about mosquitoes or yellow flies during the yellow fly season. You can simply relax.

A new boutique shopping center just recently opened across 30A. There are shops to explore as well as restaurants to enjoy. In addition, there are several places within easy walking distance to grab a cup of coffee and a pastry.

Perhaps the most unique feature of Blue Heron Hideaway is that the house itself is over 100 years old. It has naturally been updated over time, including hurricane windows and doors that enhance the light and the view. However, it still retains the Southern charm of a Victorian house. There is a peace about Blue Heron Hideaway that will invite you to exhale and enjoy your get away.

Seagrove Florida is along 30a and one of the most sought after communities along 30A. Its close to the beach and sits on a beautiful Coastal Dune Lake that feeds into the Gulf.
