Jupiter Bay Resort was built and sold for privately owned people from all over, to have as their second home and be able to rent whenever they wish when they are not using it. To do what we been successfully doing ..We have to be on the property every day ..
Why this property? Jupiter Bay Resort is the only condominium community that allows short term rentals with no condo association approval process. ...
We have been doing this in Jupiter Bay only ...and it has worked for us and the owners.

First let me give all the positives. Peter our contact rep was wonderful. We could call the office or him anytime and our problem was taken care of.within 20 minutes. We are Tennis players and the fee was very affordable to use the courts. Condo fee was reasonable. Shopping and restaurants were close. Beds were good. Pool was nice. Negatives condo was missing several amenities but again, was delivered to our door quickly after asking. Condo a little shabby, eg: rug in bathroom so big couldn’t close the door. Bathtub mat was worn, molding on floor broken. Overall worth the money.
