About the owner: I currently reside in Washington, DC to be close to my granddaughter.
This Condo is located in one of the most beautiful towns and pristine beaches on the East Coast of Florida, it is an easy drive to Disney World, Kennedy Space Center, Palm Beach, Ft Lauderdale, Miami and so many more day trips if that's what you like!
Why this property? Of all the cities along the East Coast of Florida, Jupiter captured my heart with its aqua green waters, outstanding bars and restaurants and laid back friendly people

Where is your condo located?
The development is called The Jupiter Ocean and Racquet Club. It lies between the Route 1 and A1A (beach road). We are near the A1A, beach side of the complex, with a 4 minute walk to the beach. The building is a 3 story with an elevator for easy access to our floor.
How much is it to stay?
The calendar shows the exact nightly cost and monthly cost. In addition, we add a $175 cleaning fee and Florida's 14% tax. If you wish to bring a small pet, less than 40 pounds, the cost is $125 per month.
Are there special considerations for bringing my dog? (no cats allowed)
You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet and maintaining a quiet environment in and outside the complex. Our development and part of the beach is pet friendly. Please place a pet sheet over couch if you have a couch friendly pet.
How quickly should I complete my deposit and rental agreement?
The demand for 2 bedroom, nicely furnished condominiums during January through April is high. We are first come, first serve with the guest who completes their agreement and deposit.
What is the cancellation policy?
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
What is the amount due at booking?
50% of the stay amount is due at booking. The second 50% is due two weeks before the stay begins. Zelle, check or Paypal s the form of payment accepted.

What a great stay in this lovely condo! Upgraded kitchen, nice view from screened in porch, friendly neighborhood, walk to beach. We fished, played tennis & pickle ball, relaxed at the pool, ate at great restaurants, and loved the close by Caribbean-blue ocean for walks & beach time. Good communication with owner. We’d definitely return.
