NoahThe woman from Luxury Lodging was the most helpful ever, and very responsive. The house as a ton of beds which was nice and the pool hot tub were lots of fun. Only negative is you cant heat the pool at tub at the same time. Otherwise i would recommend.PS the movie theater is very cool!

Mary O.This house was perfect for our stay - 14 women who attended boarding school together. The house afforded numerous choices for sleeping; meals both inside and out on the lanai, a wonderful pool and spa; even flyovers equivalent to the Blue Angels during the afternoon. Amenities were amazing- from the modern appliances, gourmet utensils, a washer/dryer, massive TVs, a perfect WiFi, dish and hand soaps, shampoo,hand sanitizer, paper products galore. Nothing was left to chance! You wont regret booking this spectacular house!

LazaroThey don’t heat the pool to the temperature you want, you can’t talk outside because the neighbors start calling the host and they try to charge you for everything to at the end try to waive everything in exchange of a 5star review. Total scam

IanPerfect spot for our group of 7 - lots of bedrooms & space inside to hang, great pool & firepit area, and close by to lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment, etc. We particularly enjoyed the firepit area on some cool Florida evenings, and would certainly book again.

MichaelThe house was wonderful. We had plenty of space for our large party of people to sleep. The pool is very nice and the hot tub was wonderful. It was easy to Uber anywhere that we needed to go. The neighborhood was quiet. The neighbors were not thrilled about having a vacation rental next door and made ‘noise complaints’ to the owner even when we weren’t being unruly. This just ended up with the owner calling me a few times and in all wasn’t a huge inconvenience. Despite that slight hitch, it was a great base of operations for my brother’s Tampa bachelor party.

TimWe booked this house last minute for a business trip with about 10 people. It ended up being a fantastic home! It was very clean, nicely decorated, and felt very comfortable. In the description it says “mansion” which is no where near accurate but the place was very specious and fit all 10 of us very comfortably. We never felt on top of each other.The only major hangup we had was the hot tub didn’t work while we were there. Unfortunately, this was the major pull for getting be house. However, the hosts were EXTREMELY helpful and apologetic and did what they could to make our stay enjoyable outside the hot tub not working. I was going to give them 4-stars because of this but their responsiveness and empathy for the situation made me give them 5.My only other recommendation is one of the rooms on the main floor with a bunk bed has glass doors with no privacy to it which we found a creative fix for.All in all I would book this place again!

DanaWe loved our stay from GrandAbode’s listing! The host always replied quickly to any questions I had before and throughout my stay. Additionally, the host was very kind and accommodating. We had problems with the pool not heating up; However, they fixed it the next day! There is so much to do at this listing that kept our guests entertained throughout their entire stay. The entire process of checking in and out went smoothly as the instructions were clear and easy. I would definitely book with GrandAbode again once I have the opportunity.

BoultonHad a wonderful stay here for a reunion with some buddies. The place was spacious enough for our group and the amenities were just as they were stated in the description! We loved being able to relax outside in the pool/hot tub or in the theatre room. Excellent host and can’t wait to return again!

BradI hosted my team at this location for a team meeting in Tampa and this location was perfect. Great part of town but secluded enough and peaceful, yet still extremely close to great restaurants. Nice bedrooms and great kitchen and living spaces. The pool area was beautiful as well. Will absolutely use again if needed in Tampa.

WillGreat place! We can go to both Tampa and St Pete. Nice neighborhood, we definitely recommend Ballast Point park. It is beautiful. We have nonstop fun with the pool and the game room. Also thank you for the chairs and umbrellas! It was really helpful for the beaches.
