There are 2 bedroom on the south side of the house, one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 twin beds. These bedrooms share a full size bathroom with shower and tub. On the N. side of the house is a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, 32" TV , and private bath with a walk in shower. Clearwater is about an hour
Horse racing (when in season) is about 20 min
Restaurants ranging from fast food to 5 star are all within a 20 min radius of the house

I would suggest taking a day and driving to Tarpon Springs (45-50 min) herte you can go to a quieter, pretty beach, picnic and pack up drive 5 minutes and visit the sponge dock. This is a Greek fishing village.
