Fully furnished and recently renovated 1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2 Adults and 2 Children. The unit has a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven), 1 Queen Bed, full bathroom with bathtub. The living room sofa has a pull-out queen sleeper, dining space with walk out to balcony patio. It is turn key and ready for your enjoyment. You will have access to the laundry room where you can do your laundry for free and hotel ice maker. Free parking is in the parking lot right outside your condo.
Your condo is located on the 3rd floor of the Prestwick building, with walkout to balcony patio. You have flat screen TV, WIFI and central AC. Plenty of Towels, extra linens, hair shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, iron board are provided.
The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and baking necessities, dishes, silverware, glasses etc. We provide Coffee Maker. A toaster and microwave are in your condo as well.
The laundry room is located down the hallway of the building and has plenty of washers and dryers that are free for you to use.
The condo is located inside the beautiful 1000-acre Innisbrook Golf Resort and Spa with 24-hour gated security and home of the PGA Valspar Championships every March. The Resort has restaurants and a sports bar on site.
The Osprey Sports bar has live Entertainment every Friday and Saturday night from 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Packard's Steakhouse is a fine dining restaurant and one of the best Steakhouses in the area.
The condo has its own entrance and you will have the entire condo for yourself to enjoy, and relax with a wonderful view! Guest are permitted to use the laundry room and all of Innisbrook’s exceptional restaurants.

SPECIAL NOTE: This rental is for accommodations only and does not include daily maid service and it does not include the use of the Innisbrook Resort’s facilities or amenities; such as, swimming and tennis; unless they are made available to the public. However, the resort is now offering for purchase a daily or monthly resort amenity pass. If interested we will give you contact info for the resort Director of Recreation to purchase from directly.

We had a wonderful time staying in this spacious and private condo located on a beautiful golf course. The resort is gated so felt very safe. The condo is well equipped with everything you would need and was a very comfortable place to return to after a day spent exploring. The large balcony overlooks the course and it was restful watching the birds and players walking up the fairway. The location was perfect as it was a short drive to Dunedin and also Clearwater and it was close to many restaurants and grocery stores. We ate at one of the resorts’ restaurants which was excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to stay again in the future!

Great place to stay, it was a very clean and comfortable condo! Plus the staff there was very professional and courteous all throughout the gated community. The only down side was going up the three flights of stairs. I wish you had access to the pools, but understand the extra cost the host would endure.

My husband and I stayed a few days at the condo for the Valspar Golf Championship in March 2023. The location was awesome - we could easily walk each day to the golf tournament and not need our car. The condo was a welcomed place to rest in each night after our long day at the course - it was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The communication with Florida Sun Vacation Rentals was fantastic! Booking was easy and each time I had a question, I received a reply within minutes! My husband and I hope to book another get-away through Florida Sun Vacation Rentals in the future!

I was very pleased with the booking, accommodation and service. I had to cancel my initial reservation but Brian worked with me to get a later date. The facility was very nice, in a great first class golf community. The pricing was better than staying in a motel plus it was a condo with all the comforts of home. This is definitely a great value.

The condo is very comfortable and offers great views of the golf course and natural wildlife at Innisbrook. There are many great attractions and restaurants right on property especially the top notch Packards Steakhouse. Innisbrook is an oasis from the hustle and bustle of highway 19 but has many attractions close by including the beach at Howard park. We definitely plan to return each winter.

We absolutely loved our visit to Innsbrook! This condo was a perfect place to relax and enjoy our vacation. It has everything we needed and is very comfortable. The grounds at Innsbrook are beautiful to walk around and I highly recommend stopping for a steak dinner at Packards Steakhouse on site. We'll be back to visit again for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at this Innisbrook location...very quiet condo and we enjoyed mornings on the deck with a view of the birds and the golf course! There was plenty of space to spread out and the washer/dryer across the hallway was so convenient. Excellent location between the beaches on Honeymoon Island and the Sponge docks in Tarpon Springs

Fabulous! Very nice condo at a private golf resort. Condo was as advertised: updated, spacious, very clean .. We enjoyed all the condo amenities for apps and snacks. (There is a fully equipped kitchen if you want to prepare meals.. ) We found the location great for trips to Tarpon Springs, Dunedin and Clearwater Beach. The resort restaurants: Osprey for casual and Packards for steaks were great as well. When vacationing, we expect exceptional accommodations that enhance our experience. Brian did deliver!
