About the owner: A twist of fate led us to spend our honeymoon in Tarpon Springs 30 years ago We loved the town and the people. After raising our children, we traveled a little bit elsewhere but always found ourselves coming back to Tarpon Springs. Now that we are older, we truly appreciate the laid back vibe and kindhearted people. We have become lucky enough to buy a home in Tarpon Springs in one of the finest neighborhoods.
Why this property? Our home is clean and well cared for. With the west coast being less crowded in general compared to the east coast of Florida, Tarpon Springs is less touristy than Clearwater and Siesta Key. Our neighborhood borders Fred Howard Park Beach on one side and is tucked away in a quiet residential setting. Our neighbors are friendly and the clubhouse is never crowded. You can truly relax at the pool or hot tub. But if you want to join an activity, you can sign up in the clubhouse. About a 4 mile drive will take you to everything you could ever need on US 19, with stores and restaurants in abundance. If you choose to stay more local and off the main highway, we still have everything you need; a fresh farm stand, fresh fish market, Walgreens, grocery, restaurants, hardware and liquor stores.
