Ranch style split floor plan offers plenty of privacy. 3 bed, 2 bath home in the award-winning neighborhood of Pointe Alexis, (Tarpon Springs). Renters are welcome to be a part of our resort-like clubhouse with an amazing pool, hot tub, work-out room, basketball, tennis, pickle-ball, billiard room, ping pong, library & shuffleboard. The clubhouse has many activities like tai chi, pool aerobics, yoga, pot luck dinners. Just check out the bulletin board for activities to sign up. Even with planned activities, the clubhouse, pool, hot tub and gym are not crowded like you might imagine. We find it very serene.

Sunset Beach (2 miles away) and Fred Howard Park Beach is a mile away. Bike there, or go for a free concert, both are great places and offer different activities like sunbathing, picnicking, fishing or rent a paddle board or kayak. Honeymoon Island is about a 15 minute drive south on Alt 19 and Clearwater Beach is 18 miles away.

There's plenty to do within a few miles but if you prefer to stay and watch tv, there is a 60 inch tv in the living room which has triple slider doors to let in the light which leads to the screened lanai. New Weber grill for BBQs. No rear neighbors to see or hear, which make sitting on the lanai peaceful. The kitchen is stocked with all you need, silverware, dishes, mugs, glasses, pots & pans, basic pantry items & basic cleaning supplies. Bar height table seats 6 with a breakfast bar for 2.

Split bedroom plan - large master bedroom features a king sized memory foam bed, walk-in closet and oversized bathroom with double sinks, shower with bench and a soaking tub. Two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds all with memory foam mattresses and big a bathroom.

Plenty of towels and sheets for your use and yes a laundry room. Garage is not for use.

Our HOA does require prospective renters to fill out paperwork and they need about 15 days approval time before occupancy.

Our home is in a well manicured community with lush plants and blooming flowers. We have a pretty home with the kitchen and living room open to each other. The backyard has no rear neighbors, just greenery, which gives more privacy.

Area Information

Historic Tarpon Springs is a picturesque town with plenty to do within 4 miles of the home. Greek Sponge docks are nearby as are golf courses. Sunset, Fred Howard and Anclote Beaches are all within a few miles and Clearwater Beach is 18 miles south. The Dunedin Causeway (Honeymoon & Caladesi Island) is a 10 minute drive. Rent a boat from Belle Harbor Marina and fish in the gulf.

Favorite Places To Eat

The famous Greek Sponge Docks are a few miles away. You can catch a boat ride, shop, eat at great restaurants like Hellas, Yanni, Rusty Bellies or check out the fish market.

Inside Scoop

The Tarpon Arts center has shows and entertainment reasonably priced. If you want to rent a boat, check out Belle Harbour Marina. They have a coupon on Groupon where you can rent a boat for a day for under $200. Snappers comedy club is worth a laugh (located in Palm Harbor). Shaka has bands, plenty of breweries around and great food. The people are friendly and helpful. Tarpon Springs is an older town that is more tranquil and has a lot to do on the water. Even though our home is on the quieter gulf side, there is everything you need within a 4-6 mile drive.
