Villa Del Mar 3/3 has been completely renovated and is ready for your perfect beach vacation. Come enjoy our tropically landscaped enclosed private yard with hot tub, heated pool, courtyard with tables, chairs, and gas grill, or stroll to the beach or a nearby restaurant. This freshly remodeled villa has 3 bedrooms with 3 ensuite bathrooms all bedrooms have large flat screen TV's. 2 of the ensuite bedrooms have king-size beds, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds & a pull out full-size murphy bed. All bedrooms are equipped with quality linens, new mattresses, and flat-screen TVs. Other amenities include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, washer, and dryer. Villa Del Mar is just blocks from the beach in beautiful Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, within walking distance of not only the beach, but also dozens of great restaurants, shops, and the world-famous Anglin's Fishing Pier. We even have 2 bicycles to use to get around town! This home also has 4 beach chairs, an outside fire pit, and a beach umbrella.
Great Weather, fabulous beaches & the ocean: a five-minute walk to the world-famous sandy, shallow beach of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Nearby are great restaurants with waterfront dining, restaurants, bars, unending family activities such as water taxis, snorkeling, drift fishing, glass-bottom boat rides, and of course, shopping - so much to do! Our goal is for our guests to have the most memorable and fun vacation imaginable while staying in a first-class vacation rental home. All of our homes are SUPER SANITIZED according to CDC standards before every arrival.
Villa Del Mar Beach House is fully equipped for traveling with Babies or Toddlers providing a Pak n Play and booster seat.

This villa is amazing! Great layout, fully equipped and perfectly located near major grocery stores, great restaurants and 5 minutes away from the beach and 15 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport. The house is in perfect condition and spotless. TV's in all the rooms, very fast internet access and beautiful back-yard with a heated pool. Plenty of room for 8 people and enough parking for 3 cars. The management company was very easy to deal with and made de rental process vey simple. I will certainly reach out to them for any future rental needs in this location.

Nice layout for a ranch, with 3 large Bedrooms, huge Living Room, 3 baths! Very open, clean, and neutral.Lovely pool/spa surrounded by tropical plants, which are lit at night, and nice patio area with couches, lounge chairs and more. Very private. Bikes, pool and beach toys, umbrellas, new boogie boards and more. Very thoughtful. Adding a small outdoor table for dining would be a nice addition.Walk to beach, and every restaurant imaginable! Lauderdale by the Sea is a fun little town with lots of restaurants and outdoor eating…and 2 yummy gelato stores. Town and surrounding areas are well maintained.Very important to us on a vacation rental is an organized, prompt, attentive Manager like Michelle. She’s the best!We’d recommend this vacation home.

An extremely clean home, with awesome heated lagoon pool and hot tub. In a nice, safe neighborhood. Location is amazing in Lauderdale By The Sea. Close to the beach, the restaurants, pier, and shops. Would definitely stay here again. Very private, and relaxing. The house is very spacious with upgraded modern interior.
