AmandaWe had a great stay! Biggest pro in my opinion is location—we walked to the grocery store, breakfast, and the beach everyday! The house was very comfortable, particularly the air conditioning which we appreciated during the hot days! We travelled with a 2 year old and the house was perfect for our family of three. She loved the pool outside too! Felt very private and peaceful yet close to everything. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. I’d recommend!

James BelindaWe really enjoyed this place for spending time on the beach. It’s a lovely house with private pool and spacious seating area. The beach was an easy walk the beach access point. The extra amenities (beach towels, umbrella, cooler) were useful. Publix was walkable for groceries and subs to take to the beach. We appreciate the easy access and no issues during our stay.

The house has everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach or at your very own private pool. We will definitely be returning again.

Morgan E.The home was great, very clean & cute. However the outdoor area was a bit misconstrued from the photos in the listing. The photos portrayed that the area was much nicer than it actually was. It was not terrible, but the grass was overgrown, the umbrella did not work & the pool was dirty. The host did get us a net when we asked for it, and did clean the pool for us, so that was great! Not a terrible stay at all for the price. I made host aware of the outdoor area for the next guests :) it was about a 10 min walk from food (downtown), wasn’t terrible, and about a 7-8 min walk from the beach. Close to a Publix. Be aware there is nowhere to use the restroom on the beach area that is nearby the home. We ended up ubering a few times to the nicer area of Ft Lauderdale (South of the home), was well worth it. Overall, good stay!

JillianWe loved our stay in Lauderdale by the sea! This house was in the perfect location! It was very clean. The pool was amazing and was warm and so fun for night swims. It was walkable to the beach, great coffee and Publix! We would absolutely love to stay here again. The hosts were fantastic!!

Hope S.This listing was perfect for our family! It is less than a block to the grocery store and a great brunch restaurant. There is a playground close by for younger kids. The beach was a short walk as well and the house was fully stocked with beach gear!!! We decided against a car while staying and the walk to the nightlife was about 1/2 mile and perfect for a stroll on the beach. Our weather wasn’t perfect so the pool was the absolute best! It was heated and we could jump in whenever we had a break from the rain! I cannot recommend this place enough. It was so nice to have our own personal oasis!!

StephanieWhat a fantastic little beach place! We adored our stay and James was such an amazing host. Extremely responsive and gave great support. The house was set in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Easy walk to almost anything you could need, groceries, stores, restaurants, and the beach. Beach gear was provided along with carts that made it easy to walk and carry anything you'd need. The back yard was a real treat, too. Beautiful heated pool, lush landscaping, plenty of seating and tables. We absolutely can not wait to return! What a gem!
