Mere blocks to the unique restaurants and shops of Gulfport Arts District and short drives to downtown St Pete and St Pete Beach, this home is in a prime location.

This two bedroom house comes with everything you'll need for your stay. The kitchen is well-equipped and towels and linens are provided for your convenience. The home also features a large, shady (unfenced) yard.

Both bedrooms have queen beds. The bathroom is near both bedrooms.

Dogs are welcome with approval and additional fee, so bring the whole family and allow this home to be your vacation home base.

The neighborhood is quiet but the location is close enough to everything to walk to Gulfport's tennis courts, dog park, historical society, shops, bars and restaurants.

No matter when you make your way here, you’ll find some way to immerse yourself in this unique community. Like GeckoFest, an annual end-of-summer celebration full of groovy jams, quirky street performers, and costume-clad revelers. Or bi-weekly art walks, weekly farmer’s markets, and summer sock hops. Or yearly sailing regattas, sandcastle competitions and Formula One boat races.


When you’re ready to take a break from downtown’s lively spirit for something a little quieter, pedal one of our complementary bikes to the Pinellas Trail or head out to Fort De Soto and rent a “bicycle” built for 8 and explore the nearly 7 miles of trails and 3 miles of beaches. Take a trip to the dog park with your four-legged pal, or take him or her to a doggie bar.
