No matter the reason, we love knowing guests can find peace at our 3BR/2BA rental in the heart of the Waterfront District. From its shaded yard to its beach chic entertaining areas, Dolphin House is the ideal landing pad for you, your closest friends or family, and even your pup. A DAY AT DOLPHIN HOUSE
In all three bedrooms, bright color schemes and tropical décor will fill you with Floridian spirit before your feet even hit the floor. Wake up lazily in the master’s king-size bed or either of the guest room’s queens.
Refresh in either of the two full bathrooms—one designated for the master, the other shared between the two guest rooms. If you need to check in with the real world, there’s a spot for that in the office off the master.
Get the day started by whipping up something fresh. Our fully equipped galley kitchen has plenty of counter space for chopping and prepping, plus a large fridge for all your farmer’s market finds.
Take your breakfast out to the shaded back patio and have a moment to yourself beneath the yard’s tall oak tree, or settle in around the six-person dining table for coffee and conversation.
The kitchen and dining space serve as the heart of this split floor plan home—here, you’ll find the perfect balance between privacy and time together.
Two living areas, one near the two guest bedrooms and another near the master, are chockfull of breezy charm. Opt for board games in the bamboo stalk green front living area or sink into cozy sofas for movie night in the back living area. Both have their own flat-screen TVs.

Like GeckoFest, an annual end-of-summer celebration full of groovy jams, quirky street performers, and costume-clad revelers. Or bi-weekly art walks, weekly farmer’s markets, and summer sock hops.
When you’re ready to take a break from downtown’s lively spirit for something a little quieter, pedal one of our complimentary bikes a half-mile to the Pinellas Bike Trail or walk a block to the dog park with your four-legged pal.

We realize that cleanliness is top of mind for many of you right now. Accordingly, we are now following enhanced cleaning protocols through our use of professional cleaning companies who use EPA-approved products, follow CDC-recommendations to protect the safety of guests and all of our service partners. In addition these professionals give extra attention to high-touch surfaces and end the cleaning with a sanitization spray process that helps wrap around surfaces that normal cleaning will not reach. If you would like more specific information, please feel free to ask!
Pet Policy: Pets with prior approval only and payment of fee.
Refundable security deposit of $250 OR a $49 nonrefundable damage deposit is required
Payment schedule: Rentals with any dates in the period December 1 to April 20 are in high season. For these rentals, $750 is required to book if booking more than 3 months in advance. If booking less than 3 months in advance the total is due. All other rentals require $300 up-front to book if booking more than 60 days prior to arrival. If booking less than 60 days prior to arrival, the total is due.
Cancellations. Non-payment will result in cancellation of the reservation and a cancellation fee in the amount of the forfeited deposit. There are no refunds for unmet expectations resulting from weather, natural disasters, personal or other related reasons, including those listed herein, with an exception for government-issued mandatory evacuations. Reservations can be rescheduled, but not refunded, when required by law due to legally-defined impracticality, impossibility. or frustration of purpose. Mgt. Co. reserves the right to cancel reservations and refuse service to anyone, to the extent permitted by law. Travel Insurance is recommended.
Cancellation and Changes. There are no refunds for cancellations.

Great House near waterfront in Gulfport
Fully equipped home in Gulfport a few blocks from the water. Great host who is very responsive. Nice back porch for outdoor dining. Good water pressure for showers. Very pet friendly. Nice layout of space with room for both of us to work. Loved walking into downtown Gulfport with all its fun attractions like markets, music, and food.
