This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom canal front mobile home is situated in a quiet neighborhood. It is just minutes by water to the beautiful Weeki Wachee river. Has 50' of water front with a floating dock that you can launch the kayaks that are provided or tie up your own boat. It is 30 minutes by boat to the open water of the Gulf of Mexico. It has a split plan that is convenient for two couples with each bedroom with it's own private bathroom. Has all wood flooring and tile in the bathrooms. Has all wood cabinets,tile showers and new insulated windows.Also has been recently painted inside and out. Plenty of closet space and washer and dryer in the garage.
Kitchen is fully equiped,all the bedding and towels for the bathrooms. Also nice sized gas grill ready to use.
