This newly built Solterra Resort pool home is located only 11 miles from Walt Disney World’s Animal Kingdom. Close to the resort you’ll find restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses and a gas station for your convenience. The Solterra Resort is one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area: It is only 4 minutes from I-4. Solterra Resort is about 29 miles from the Orlando International Airport and is situated central to all of Orlando’s famous attractions like Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Seaworld and Universal Studios.
This beautiful home has a modern living room with access to the screen enclosed pool and spa. The backyard overlooks a large conservation area for privacy and scenery. The dining area is located in the front of the house and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your stay even more enjoyable.
This home provides 5 modern styled bedrooms and 4.5 luxury bathrooms that provides you the space you’re looking for. The downstairs master bedroom has a very comfortable King bed, two nightstands, a dresser, TV, walk in closet and en suite bathroom with tub, separate shower as well as a double vanity and a toilet. The bathroom has access to the pool deck.
On the second floor you’ll find one bedroom with two twin beds, one nightstand, dresser and closet as well as a TV. The bathroom (with in tub shower) is located in the hallway. The second master bedroom also has a King bed, two nightstands, a dresser, TV, walk in closet and en suite bathroom with tub and separate shower as well as a double vanity and toilet. The other two bedrooms both have a queen bed, nightstands, dresser and closet and have a Jack and Jill bathroom within tub shower, toilet and a single sink vanity. On this floor you’ll also find a second seating area with a large flatscreen TV, Playstation and basketball game.
Additional amenities within the home include a game room with a pool table, foosball table and air hockey table.
Bed configuration: 2x King beds, 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin beds, 1 Sofa bed. Washer and dryer are located in the garage.
With a one-time fee per house/per reservation (as of Sep. 1, 2023, the current rates are $35.00 for a party from 1 – 12 and $45.00 for a party of 13 and up; HOA Fees are subject to change) you will gain access to the Solterra World-Class Resort Amenities:

The clubhouse has a concierge area which provides information free of charge to guests staying at the resort. You can keep in touch with friends or family back home in the cyber cafe and the kids can enjoy themselves in the arcade. The clubhouse also features a sparkling community pool and hot tub for guests to enjoy. Alongside the pool is a Tiki bar where you can purchase drinks and food. Cleanse your body with the free steam sauna or raise your heartbeat in the fitness room! Free tennis and basketball.

With a one-time fee per house/per reservation (the current rates are $35.00 for a party from 1 – 12 and $45.00 for a party of 13 and up; ) access is provided to all of the Solterra World-Class Resort Amenities (waterslide, lazy river, resort pool, hot tub, fitness center and more)
A gas grill can be delivered for $95.00 for up to one week and $9.00 for each additional day; this rate includes one full tank of gas and the delivery/set-up fee
The minimum rental age in our homes is 25 years unless a parent or guardian will be present throughout the stay.
Our homes are not pet friendly.
Security/Damage Deposit:
Option 1 - A non-refundable one-time fee of $44.95 for the Property Protection Plan, which cover any accidents up to $1,500.00. This fee can be paid with any major credit card.
Option 2: Pay per check or money order a refundable $500.00 deposit and a refund will be processed within 7 business days after your departure as long as no damages were found inside the home.
Unfortunately, reservations placed less than 24 hours prior to arrival cannot be processed.
Please note: We cannot accept monthly rentals. (The max. rental period has to be 27 nights or less.)

About the owner: Since 1989, I have been renting quality vacation homes in the Orlando area. I take pride in assisting my guest finding affordable accommodations while visiting the local theme parks or simply spending quality time with family and friends right here in Central Florida.
"I grew up in Germany and moved to Florida in 1982. I lived and raised my three boys in the Orlando area for the past 37 years + and consider myself a “semi native Orlandian”.
In 1989 I bought my first vacation home in the Disney/Orlando area and have rented vacation homes ever since. Over the years I have met many owners and property managers, who also rent vacation homes. Prior to recommending any homes to my guest I always pre-screen the vacation homes to make sure the owners/property managers are dedicated to provide excellent customer service and provide clean and well maintained vacation homes.
Being a small family business I enjoy the personal interactions with my guest – so please pick up the phone and call me at four zero seven, eight seven three, three eight zero nine with any questions or concerns you might have. I also believe that treating all of my guest the way I would expected to be treated is the only right way to do business and it show’s in the number of repeat guest and referrals I have received over the years!

How will I gain access into the home on our arrival day?
A door code will be assigned to you and will be listed in your arrival details, which are sent of to you as soon as the balance payment is received.
Who will I contact if I have a question once I arrive at the home?
We have a dedicated local maintenance office available 24/7 should any assistance be needed throughout your stay.
Will linens and towels be provided?
Yes, we do supply linens, bath towels and hand towels. You might want to bring beach towels and wash clothes from home.

Our family of 10 had plenty of space to eat, play, hang out and relax. Loved the different themed rooms. Kids enjoyed the pool, garage and cinema room. Easy access in and out. Only complaint is water pressure for showers weren’t strong. Would definitely come back!

The house we stayed at had plenty of room for everyone, we enjoyed waking up in the morning and being able to jump in the pool, the kids enjoyed the game room as well. The house had plenty of towels and the beds were super comfy. We definitely enjoyed are stay and everything went as expected with the house.
