About the Property
Weekly bookings Sat. to Sat. Sundial B306 unit has a direct oceanview complete with sliding glass doors that open full width of the living room to allow for sea breezes and sounds the surf while Sundial F401 is larger and is near oceanfront with a wrap around balcony on two sides and professional decorated and remodeled in the last few years. We offer a large screened balcony with cushioned furnishings. B306 was completely remodeled with Corian countertops/granite countertops, crown molding, tile flooring. We purchased all new living room, dining room Tommy Bahama style furnishings, artwork, and accessories in the last few years and new stainless steel appliances recently. Our condo sleeps 6 (king bed, queen and twin in guest room, queen sofa sleeper), is fully equipped, and decorated in tropical colors. Because this is our own vacation home, we furnish some extras--washer/dryer, ceiling fans as well as AC, 3 flat screen TVs, VCR, DVD, free wifi, stereo, binoculars, hair dryers in baths, beach chairs, beach towels, picnic cooler for the beach, beach toys, games, books, etc. Pac-N-Play and high chair available for our younger guests.
Best rates are weekly Sat. to Sat.
Also available is B307, 1-bedroom (sleeps 4)--next door and Sundial F401,2-bedroom/2 bath, beachfront with wrap around balcony. If calendar shows booked, I have other Sundial properties that I can offer.
The Sundial offer 4 heated pools, 1/2 mi. of uncrowded beach, BBQ grills, free wireless internet, and shuffleboard . Available to the public at the adjoining, separate Sundial Resort are the restaurant, tiki bar, pizza kitchen, Bailey's Maretplace, tennis & pickleball (fee), spa services and Sanibel Seas School. Can I access amenities at adjoining Sundial Resort?
Open to the public at the Sundial Resort are restaurants, tiki bar, tennis/pickleball, spa services, convenience store, & Sanibel Sea School.
Beautiful unit at a great resort.
We stayed in Unit J208 and it was well furnished and provided easy access to parking and the beach. The beach was wonderful and uncrowded. We spent several hours each day on the beach and in the gulf. Sanibel had so much to do and all of it was just a few minutes away. You had your choice of so many restaurants and shopping areas throughout the island. No need to leave the island once you arrived. We look forward to getting back there in the future.

Candy’s condo is beautiful. It has a gorgeous view of the gulf. You can walk to the beach in less then a minute. We have stayed here 5 years and every year Candy has made improvements to the condo. For example this year she put granite countertops in, and put in a new floor. The condo has a walk in shower which is convenient. I recommend her condo as a beautiful place to stay.
