Available now for an April 2024 rental . Must pass a back round check for the HOA approval and one person be 55+.

Festivals, Fishing, Boating, Restaurants, Shopping, and Relaxation here in Sebastian . You will be minutes from Wabasso Beach, and many free beaches along the coast that are hidden gems. Walk along the riverfront by Captain Hirams, MoBay grill, and many eating gems on the river . Walk out on the public docks that extend into the river for a glimpse of the boats launching for a day of fishing. I have recommendations and activity info for renting boats and kayaks, sightseeing tours for alligators and dolphins, and fishing guides in the area ! You can fish catch and release in the 3 acre lake or visit the local fish market for the catch of the day .
The home is CLEAN, warm and cozy, and equipt with the amenities that will make your stay EASY.
Towels /sheets , blankets, pillows, pots /pans, dishes , utensils, and basic starter soap paper towels included.
Walgreens and Publix shopping plaza is less than a mile
away for your convenience, and Walmart same day deliveries to your door allow you to arrive the same time as your groceries !

About the owner: I bought into this lovely community in 2021. It holds all the amenities I love for a nice vacation in one of the nicest natural areas of Florida. The Indian River Lagoon is a wide estuary that opens up to the Ocean through the Sebastian Inlet. A boaters dream awaits you here. Calling all fisherman and beach walkers, you will be abundantly pleased!
Why this property? It was a stones throw from a beautiful club house and pool , on a corner lot with privacy behind and on one side. With the biggest lot in the community, and close to the front gate for easy access., it is EASY LIVING ! The people are friendly and the weather is wonderful!
